A new year, a new you, right? People go crazy this time of year, panicking about resolutions not kept from last year and NEEDING to coming up with one for this year. Most of them are unattainable of course (lose 50 lbs in a month, or go to the gym everyday for 3 hours). Life is supposed to be enjoyed and taking care of yourself and your world shouldn’t feel like a struggle. I have 3 simple resolutions for myself this year: Eat a healthy breakfast everyday. Use my juicer everyday (if that can’t happen, I am satisfied with 3-5 times a week). Switch out stuff in the house for a more earth-friendly version.
